It is their mission to provide clients with the best legal counsel and representation possible.

The law offices of Clark Walker strives to develop and maintain strong community ties while continuing commitment to the pursuit of excellence. The attorney passionately represent his clients while demonstrating the strictest of professional and personal ethics. Delivering the highest quality legal service to all clients within the bounds of the law while continually maintaining the highest level of ethical standards is the founding belief of the firm.

State of the art technology and a supportive staff helps ensure all client matters are handled in the most efficient and confidential manner possible. My approach focuses on each client's background, needs and goals in order to better assist each client.  At the law office of Clark Walker, I am committed to alternative resolutions prior to incurring costs associated with litigation. This may avoid unnecessary litigation and legal fees while achieving favorable solutions for clients. These alternatives are reviewed with the clients prior to decision being made on their behalf.  In the absence of a resolution however, we will not hesitate to represent my clients using all remedies available under the law when litigation becomes necessary.

The law office of Clark Walker does not charge for initial consultations in order to allow prospective clients the opportunity to discuss their situation with an attorney prior to entering into a commitment for services. During the initial consultation, an attorney will discuss with the client the details of their case, explain what relief they will be able to obtain through the court system and let them know what the retainer would be to get started.  If they are prepared to go forward at that time, the client will also review and execute Legal Representation Agreement. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at (309) 829-4045.
