Attorney Clark A. Walker
Clark
Walker has been practicing law since 1990 and focuses his practice in the
areas of divorce and family law, bankruptcy, criminal defense, and personal
injury. Clark received his Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University
School of Law in 1990 and his undergraduate degree in political science from
the University of Maryland in 1985. Clark is licensed to practice law in the
State of Illinois, State of Missouri, and the U.S. District Court, Central
District of Illinois.
From
1990 until 1995, Clark gained experience through his association with
locally established law firms. In February 1995, Clark went into solo practice, forming the Law Offices of Clark A. Walker with offices in
both Bloomington and Pontiac, Illinois. In September 2002, Clark A. Walker and Alan J.
Novick joined forces and together founded Walker & Novick, P.C.
Clark
has taken pride in his community involvement which includes giving “Lawyer
in the Classroom” presentations to junior high and high school students
throughout the area and a radio program segment “Ask the Lawyer” as part of
yearly Law Day activities. Clark also acts as a liaison between the
McLean County Bar Association and Chiddix Junior High School in Normal.
Clark is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, McLean County
Bar Associate, the McLean County Family Bar Section and various other legal
associations and affiliations. Clark and his family have lived in Bloomington since 1991.
